At an event launching more awareness into Breast Feeding, Madhuri went the traditional route in a heavy silk Ashdeen for Ekaya sari and silver jewellery. I would’ve preferred an all-black blouse but it was a very minor gripe compared to joy of seeing her don a sari itself.

That said, I do wish she had chosen sandals that weren’t as thick strapped; even on somebody as statuesque as her, they throw off proportions.
