At the aashirwad event on Saturday, Aishwarya was seen in a colorful floor-length kurta and dupatta set from Manish Malhotra. What let her down here is that hairdo. The hair over the ears just was such a dated style.
Also, I thought this was an Abu Sandeep but it ain’t. But, you can’t blame me for it. This style is so AJSK. 😛

Yay, at least the hair isn’t hiding half the face.
But but but. That outfit is at best a sampler of AJSK embroideries. It’s incoherent and chaotic — I promise homemade patchwork quilts demo better understanding of color and pattern.
This kurta is such an odd choice …way too boho for a wedding let alone THE wedding.

I for one like this look on her, different and nod to the Gujarati (Bhuj/ Kutcchi) work. She looks great is trying something diff with hair. In sea of bling she chose something different probably hence the hate online but she looks gorgeous embracing herself.
I like this more than the previous look, it’s different and looks so good, wish the make up and jewels weren’t similar to yesterday’s.
I truly appreciate the effort. She looks healthier and happier. I am here for it, so so happy to see her. The look is not bad at all, she seems to be enjoying it, and she looks comfortable. Small steps, appreciate the effort.

Love the hairdo… Such a refreshing change ..n kudos for the non-bling outfit. The fall of the fabric is so so nice n potli colour also matches well.

The hairdo looked better in the photos I saw. I liked the updo and her dress. She is still finding ways to style better according to her face shape. I can see that and I am happy. She just needs a good styling team now.
Finally, I can see some part of her body. Her neck is visible, and there is also some semblance of her waist and her hair hair is off face. I will take this.

Hmmm….. overly dyed hair that look like a wig. The design of kurta is overwhelming and how do these people not feel hot even with AC in Mumbai wearing all these outfits!
