Aishwarya attended day two of SIIMA on Sunday evening wearing a black and gold floor-length sequin anarkali set from Manish Malhotra. The anarkali is too busy for my taste but it was nice to see her wear her hair side-parted and skip the red lip.

She looked very pretty in the video under all the bright lights… I couldn’t understand the design but would have preferred this shimmery design as a saree.
Oh it would have been wonderful had it been a saree!

She looked gorg. Manish’s designs have become very busy lately but she pulls this one off really nicely both in the photos and videos of her I’ve seen. It’s well tailored this time which makes all the difference.

She is looking very beautiful from neck up but all the bling on the outfit is a bit jarring.
