At the screening of her latest movie, Kriti was photographed in a Tarun Tahiliani sari. With her hair pulled back in to a sleek knot, she rounded out the look with understated jewelry. The actor looked nice.

    • Yeah 100%

But we can’t say that anymore,

BW has clearly and certainly willfully gleefully sexualized the female body part. Almost ALL the female BW celebrities love to put it on display as well

But somehow it is the commenters and audience and India’s fault if they say they find distasteful

      Go figure!!!!

      • ikr!! why show off one when the whole look is going for a classy elegant look. Like it is one thing if this drape is preferred for an evening glamour or some hot chic look.. but why normalize this ek dikhao drape for a saree so much so it is replacing the traditional nivi drape

  1. Looks beautiful, love the saree, the drape blouse styling every damn thing. Kriti is slender and so looks tied into the saree but it’s fine

  2. I don’t like the one-boob drape for myself but that’s because I’m old and when I started wearing sarees that was not the style. But I’m often surprised to see the reactions in the comments. If you look at this outfit, her blouse is no more fitting or revealing than a dress would have been. What if this were a dress, not a blouse, with the top half like this blouse? Would there have been a collective gasp that her bust is too “revealed”? I think fashion changes with times, and if people are experimenting with the drape in this manner, what’s the big harm? Why all the pearl clutching horror?

    • Not all can have the PRad opinion on everything can they? LOL

Absolutely horrifically scary to have such a homogenous world

The mere thought of it made me sniff my pearls

    • Actually there lies another very very important point, it is not revealing or sexualizing in this look because the blouse is a covering one. Then WHY go for one boob drape? like why are they completely trying to eliminate the normal pallu style?

      • Because BW believes women are only truly modern and liberal when they wear bra blouses or drape weirdly

We must all comply if we want to be in the 21st-century

BW knows what’s best for the saree

  3. She is having a great run with the Adipurush promotions.

Though the color palette is more of muted browns, beiges, and greys, she is working the heck out of them.

The clothes are all about elegant and undestated glamor which I love.
