Fall 2008 Trend Report: The Final Edition

And finally, the thing for Fall is going to be texture, texture, texture! Gone are the days of boring blacks and greys and same ol’ sweaters… this Fall experiment… play with color, accessories, shimmer or leggings, and just have fun with it!

Just one word of advice though, don’t do all the trends in one go, that’d just be opening a whole other can of ‘wtheyyy’ worms…

WTHeyyy!!!

Somebody has been a bad, bad girl!!

Oh my gawd, where does one even begin with this ‘Vegas-Dive-Bar-Cocktail-Waitress-At-The-End-Of-Her-Shift’ look…?

And yes, that is her inner-wear peaking out, polka-dotted and all…like we didn’t already have enough to need therapy, now she throws that in our face…

Am done ranting. Now need to go rinse my eyes. Then repeat.

Funky Fresh Or Flunking The Funk?

“Jen” asked whether Nina’s boots were funky or belonged more on a WTHeyyy post…

We loved her style, but what say you?

Bag Spotting

I may not have liked her flip flop look but I absolutely loved the Manish Arora bag that Ms. Zinta was carrying at the Olive launch. The bag has the mudra print also seen on one of the shirts showcased in Manish Arora’s Spring 2008 collection.

A Little Self-Promotion?

Not really. Ranna Gill doesn’t need to do that. Her clothes have already been seen on Ms. India Simran Kaur Mundi, Shilpa Shetty and Vogue fashion stylist Anahita Shroff Adjania. But, it is always good to see designers wearing their own designs.
