Wearing a butter-fly print gown by Fouad Sarkis, Taapsee attended the Filmfare Awards on Saturday evening in Guwahati. We don’t have better pics and most likely won’t get any because of Filmfare’s embargo but from what I see, I really liked. When it comes to make-up and hair, Ms. Pannu mostly keeps it safe. I liked that she opted for something different here.

One too many things going on.
Earring looks OTT, and make up looks forced. A pretty dress, couldve done better better with simpler styling
I agree there’s too much going on here spoiling the dress itself. I am not so confident on fashion reviews that is given by the host of HHC
I like it
Honestly, she looks spectacular. This is dramatic and attention-catching without being conventionally so (usually people looking for attention end up with an extra-large gown or an extra-long train or a bit too much skin). Plus it’s not just incomprehensible *ART* as so much fashion is wont to be, it’s actually pretty and aesthetically pleasing.
I feel the fabric of the dress looks a bit cheap tbh, and I’d have added something on her arms — a lace glove, perhaps? — but I really really like (a) how the stylist/Tapsee have put the outfit together and (b) how Tapsee’s carrying it off, with an unstudied fierceness that’s almost as good as Kangana’s.
You have to see this live. Everything else is fine, but that eyeliner is making the dress go from edgy butterfly to scary butterfly!
I like that it’s dramatic. Am not fully sold on the eye winged liner though.
Or she should have skipped the earrings.

No. Not liking it at all. Everything is busy…. From prints on fabric….to those awful earings…to that stark eye make up. Not working according to me.
Too much happening. she doesn”t need too much. She needs to fire her stylist.

It would have been perfect has she skipped on the earrings…as is it seems as if she can’t decide where she is going – for an award function, to a rave or a party
Was the theme Halloween? She looks scary … such a disgrace to butterflies this outfit is.

Scary, the halloween comment seems apt. If this was a photoshoot for a magazine…yes.. but for an evening event.. think not.
