At the trailer launch of her upcoming movie, Tripti was seen in a retro print sari and matching scarf and going by the bangles in her hand, this was more of an in-character look so can’t really comment much on it. But, she did appear for some promotions earlier this week wearing a Tarun Tahiliani sari to one and an Iqbal Hussain lehenga to the other. Even though the sari was pooling a bit, it was the better outing of the two. The lehenga with that belt and the dupatta wrapped around the neck which just didn’t work here.

The retro print sari looks lovely, the scarf is a nice addition.
She looks lovely in both sarees and it’s so nice to see her adopt a classic drape brings up the whole look several notches!
The Tarun Tahiliani saree is beautiful and she looks quite radiant herself. As for the Iqbal Hussain, it’s everything that can go wrong – drape , that belt , her makeup!
Saree looks she gets full marks!!

if this lehnge was Sabya – everyone would been swooning
maybe that’s why sabya’s clothes seem to come with how-to-wear manual. he’d have never allowed this to happen.
